Durante milenios, las caravanas de camellos cruzaron desiertos infinitos a lo largo de la mítica Ruta del Incienso para transportar este tesoro cosechado en la meseta de Dhofar —la histórica "Tierra del Incienso", hoy declarada Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO—.
